Horrible customer service and maintenance team - from rude appointment scheduler, failure to do a proper diagnostic (saying just drive and it will “fix” itself, the failure of their mechanics/service tea rude appointment scheduler, failure to do a proper diagnostic (saying just drive and it will “fix” itself, the failure of their mechanics/service team to properly inform.on a major defect with the engine of JEEP Renegade’s and subject to a engine replacement. Not until JEEP broke down in Duluth and taking it to Cloquet did I get a proper diagnostic and was informed of the warranty on an engine replacement. Would NOT recommend buying a vehicle from Walser, instead make your way to the Wood City Moters in Cloquet, MN to buy your JEEP! The difference in customer service, mechanic knowledge and skill, and exceptional communication is above and beyond what Walker fails to provide. More
