My experience a year ago was great, not as good this time. Communication was a challenge at times. Service employee didn’t have clear answers to what was wrong or costs for repair that was needed. I understand it was difficult to source parts for 2008 vehicle, but then received two different answers on what was wrong and three different costs that differed by up to $2,000. They never really settled on what was needed, so I paid the fee to troubleshoot and took the car home. More
