Walser is very good. I am taken care of. I feel Walser/Jeep should have arranged a rental for me for the time it took to perform the recall on the battery. A Jeep recall I am taken care of. The one person sales model is ineffective and cumbersome. I dealt with 4 people and consistently had to deal with notes being transferred poorly from one rep to the next. After I bought the vehicle I noticed I dealt with 4 people and consistently had to deal with notes being transferred poorly from one rep to the next. After I bought the vehicle I noticed an issue and it took days for someone to respond to me although I contacted multiple people. The phone line is always busy. However I enjoyed the pride the staff took in the quality of the vehicle. I purchased a used car and felt I walked away with a new car experience. Maintenance on the vehicle was above average. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Vehicle was detailed before purchase in the freezing cold. Coffee and snacks offered during paperwork. Overall a good experience but on the other side of the purchase the quality of service and communication decreased dramatically More
Jeep after 1 day having same issue with engine light, called to get Jeep back in for service told the next appointment would be mid January. I don’t think the service myself and warranty company paid for is what’s wrong with Jeep. More
