You had my car for over three weeks before you fix it And the one thing I brought it in for you couldn’t find anything wrong with it so I brought it back for the second time he had it for a day he said you f the one thing I brought it in for you couldn’t find anything wrong with it so I brought it back for the second time he had it for a day he said you fixed it but I got home and it was not fixed. I had to take it to a transmission place and they found what was wrong with it and I had to pay $300. Which I wouldn’t know how to pay because it was under warranty if you found it so now I’m on $300. I will be getting a hold of you next week to get my $300 back. More

I liked the video the tech took of the underside of my car. Although I didn’t use it, the message from the advisor is good. I’m still having a problem with some jerking with automatic shifting. It did improve somewhat with computer adjustments but I think it should shift smoothly all the time. I brought my truck in for an oil change and a howling sound that I was getting. I was told that my front tires were cupped .
