I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy! Came in from out of town and had problems with my 96 Chevy Impala SS. Walser was convenient to my hotel. I actually intended to go to their GM competitor a little farther down the road but just drove in Chevy Impala SS. Walser was convenient to my hotel. I actually intended to go to their GM competitor a little farther down the road but just drove into the first GM dealer I saw. Everybody I encountered was friendly (including a little ribbing about being a Packer fan from the Land of Cheese), courteous and responsive to my needs. They took the car in immediately and had it repaired promptly and got it right the first time. Very happy. More
Hi, I just had my new Buick serviced and was impressed with the total experience. As I first walk into the customer waiting area I was greeted by Matthew, and had a friendly conversation with him. Short with the total experience. As I first walk into the customer waiting area I was greeted by Matthew, and had a friendly conversation with him. Shortly after that Andrei (my sales person) came over greeted me, then sat down and inquired about why I was there and if am I still satisfied with the Buick and the total Walser experience. It was nice that not only did they remembered me and my name but that they took time away from their busy day to make sure everything was OK. I just wasn't another sale! Heck, even your finance gentlemen who help to secure the loan recognized me and came over to say hello. I want to thank Andrei personally for all his follow up calls regarding my purchase, helping me with my numerous questions and for helping me with my after market purchases. Andrei goes beyond customer satisfaction after the sale. Thank you to the Walser team for making this truly a enjoyable working relationship. Happy Holidays, Ken Wilm More
Service was excellent. Andrei was really friendly and professional, showed me around the dealership and referred me to Jerry(service adviser). They took care of my service needs in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond what they had to do to help me fix a problem I had with my oldsmobile bravada. I have never had a dealer go that far to satisfy me. They are what every service department should be fix a problem I had with my oldsmobile bravada. I have never had a dealer go that far to satisfy me. They are what every service department should be. They are very fair and understanding when you have a problem with your vehicle. More
I was impressed with the sales team when I purchased my used vehicle - they were friendly and easy to work with. HOWEVER, 6 weeks after I purchased my 2008 Saturn the "Service AWD" and "Service Airbag" li used vehicle - they were friendly and easy to work with. HOWEVER, 6 weeks after I purchased my 2008 Saturn the "Service AWD" and "Service Airbag" lights came on. I immediately took it in to Walser - expecting, since they pride themselves on customer service, that the diagnostic fee would be waived. (6 WEEKS! ONE Payment!) That was not the case. In fact, the arrogant attitude I recieved on the sales floor when I approached them on the subject has convinced me to never, ever buy a car there again. I realize that purchasing a used car entails risk, but to charge the $140 diagnostic fee when a customer hasn't even had the car long enough to make 2 payments is really ridiculous. ("I don't know what you've done to the car since you bought it") I wasn't asking for it to be fixed for free - just that the diagnostic fee be waived. Terrible customer service. More
I have been bring my cars to Walser for years, but wanted to mention the last visit due to the situation. I had mentioned a rattle that would happen at times during previous visits for oil changes and normal to mention the last visit due to the situation. I had mentioned a rattle that would happen at times during previous visits for oil changes and normal service, but the issue would never show up when I was there. In my description of the problem the service guys couldn't make the issue show up either. Fast forward to the fall it finally was doing it during a scheduled service visit. They were able to get it figured out and get it fixed, but I had fallen out of warranty. Since I had been in for the problem prior (while under warranty) they spoke to GM and I was able to get it fixed for free! I have always felt like I am treated fairly when I am there for service and when purchasing More
This Walser service dept. is inexperienced & arrogant.I went through 9+ months of living hell trying to resolve a sudden aceleration issue on a brand new GMC truck."Dont worry your brakes are stronger than went through 9+ months of living hell trying to resolve a sudden aceleration issue on a brand new GMC truck."Dont worry your brakes are stronger than your engine" is not a solution! I didnt let up, I was scared, the truck had 4,000 miles on it & "surged" I couldnt fix it myself or I would have voided my warranty, not an option at 4,000 miles. The Walser service dept would just as soon get rid of you, make you "go away" by frustrating you, I didnt let up, I couldnt, this was a safty issue not a broken knob in the interior. I have never felt so powerless & wronged in my life. The utter lack of empathy & humanness was appalling & so very wrong. I dont want this to come across as a disgruntled customer bashing a business, I am just as quick to write a positive testimonial. The Walser service dept & dealership as a whole is only concerned with the sale, you are a number not a customer & "service" doesnt exist in the service dept. I was reasonable throughout the process, they ended up making me out to be the "problem" & to this day continue to deny me service, ignoring a problem doesnt make it go away! Take it to another dealership you say, tried, they dont want to deal with another dealerships problem,I dont blame them, this leaves you the consumer left powerless & basically without a warranty. Hind sight is 20/20, my intention is to help my fellow consumer avoid the living hell I went through, you've been fore warned, please avoid the Walser dealerships at all cost. Thank you for listening, good luck! More
