The first time I went the oil change for my 2017 sierra was $40, the second time it was $130. I’m not sure how that works but this place is worse than a valvoline if you’re just getting your oil changed. N was $40, the second time it was $130. I’m not sure how that works but this place is worse than a valvoline if you’re just getting your oil changed. Now for other repairs - I got no communication at my 11 am appt about how long i was going to sit there twiddling my thumbs. I think they would’ve let me sit there all day had I not walked in at 215 and asked for an update and explained I have to be back home by 3 PM. The whole debacle took 3 hours which as far as I can see amounted to driving my truck around and checking a sensor. Then I get a nice fat $190 diagnostics bill without a confident explanation as to what’s wrong, how to fix it, and with it a mysterious miscellaneous charge of $37.50 and a parts charge of $45 that wasn’t explained either. All in all im walking out for $325 after going in for an oil change and a check engine light. My fuel pressure sensor is broken (maybe but they don’t know for sure until they keep “diagnosing” for another $200, probably). That sensor is going to cost me 532 dollars - fine whatever. But oh wait there’s more, $4,500 dollars more in the quote for just about every service you could imagine. Spark plugs, $590. Coolant flush $211. Front struts $1,040. 4WD fluid $330. Rear brakes $640. Fuel induction $220. I came in for a cheap oil change and for a check engine light and I walked out with a $325 bill with mysterious extra charges and an outrageous quote with 15 line items. I know vehicles are expensive but these prices seem like they ride the line of sketchy UPDATED: Adam the service center manager was nice enough to refund me after this debacle and made it right. I do very much appreciate the effort to make it right and am upgrading my review to 2 stars. Still, the refund would have not happened if I hadn’t made a stink so it leads me to believe that they take advantage of a lot of uninformed people with their pricing. Probably comes from the top of their corporate ladder, which is unfortunate. More

It was kind of fun to be just as perplexed as the technicians on the issue with my entertainment center and when pretty much everyone can get a good laugh out of it honestly, I don’t mind! technicians on the issue with my entertainment center and when pretty much everyone can get a good laugh out of it honestly, I don’t mind!
