This dealership is hit or miss with customer service. If I didn’t purchase the extended warranty with my vehicle through Walser, I would definitely bring it elsewhere. I came in for a recall issue. Over one month ahead of time I called ahead of time to make sure that they would have the proper parts on hand after waiting for one hour, I was told Over one month ahead of time I called ahead of time to make sure that they would have the proper parts on hand after waiting for one hour, I was told that the parts were not there. I was upset by this as it was a complete waste of time, The service technician said to wait a bit and they would see if they could find the part. And then came back and said they had one and would install it. Not very impressive. More
