The last visit before this oil change. The tech didn't secure my front drive wheel and I was hearing and feeling a shaking noise. Thinking it was my brakes so I took it in to get new brak The tech didn't secure my front drive wheel and I was hearing and feeling a shaking noise. Thinking it was my brakes so I took it in to get new brakes. That's when I noticed that my lug nuts could be taken off by hand. Me and my family safety was put in great harm. I was told the techs equipment wasn't working properly. I was refuned my deductible and given an oil change and tire rotation. Cool. But when I was just in to get the oil change. I asked the service manager is I could get another oil change instead of the tire rotation. That was shot down and 32 dollar credit (tire rotation cost) to my account for the next oil change. Me and my family lives if DEFINITELY worth what I got. And I was okay with it until the other day with the dry response to my request and as if it was a hassle to accommodate me for YOUR MAJOR MISTAKE and THANK GOD it didn't end with my tire flying offf my car on the hwy!
