Maybe the dealership wasn’t so bad, but the salesman sure was terrible! I have never felt so disrespected and invisible in my life. The salesman (Jesse Banaszak) was so busy xxxxxxx up to my husband that he was terrible! I have never felt so disrespected and invisible in my life. The salesman (Jesse Banaszak) was so busy xxxxxxx up to my husband that he couldn’t be bothered to even show me the price of the vehicle or my trade in value. He could only explain the dash functions to my husband. He got my husband’s phone entered into the vehicle and assumed he was done. I shouldn’t have had to ask for instructions for myself. We were buying the vehicle for me, not my husband. And contrary to Jesse’s belief, I actually do have a brain and know how to use it. I should have just walked out without buying but I was tired of the entire process already. Be assured, we won’t be back. And I will be sure to let everyone I know how I was treated at your dealership. It was a VERY degrading experience. I certainly hope all of your sales staff are not like Jesse. Funny how it was a car for me and even you sent the text to my husband. Of course, Jesse had my husband sign everything first. Even my husband had commented that since it was my car that maybe I should sign first. Jesse let him know that he thought it ridiculous that my husband thought any consideration of me mattered. That experience was a first and last. There are plenty of other places to purchase a vehicle. Rest assured, I will find one. The day we came back to finalize the transaction, Jesse left us waiting for about 25 minutes because he was supposedly stuck in the parking lot behind the vehicle that was washing cars. More

I loved my salesperson Nick. The buying experience was pretty smooth. As I purchased a hybrid, it would have been nice to have someone knowledgeable about hybrids nearby, but Nic The buying experience was pretty smooth. As I purchased a hybrid, it would have been nice to have someone knowledgeable about hybrids nearby, but Nick looked up as much information as he could find, and by the time I left the lot, I was able to turn on and run a keyless starter 🤣 My last car had no electric anything, so this was a big change. Walser provides a drivetrain warranty on all of their vehicles, so I feel that my car should be good for the next 8 years and if not, Walser will take care of it. I’m really enjoying my new ride. The price was a little steep, but the car was a 2020 with only 48,000 miles so I wasn’t shocked. More
