I was quite pleased with the sales reps. both Charlie and Cody and the dealings both by email and text as I bought the 23 Volvo XC 60 basically sight unseen. Charlie went so far as to send me 2 videos in a personal walk around. One of the exterior and one of the interior. I was very disappointed however in the overspray on the rear quarter panels, from the body shop spraying what I perceive to be the rear bumper. To Walsers credit, they are making it right. Would I do business with Walser in the future? Absolutely! More

Lack of customer service, I bought a 60k plus vehicle and it felt like I was buying a used washing machine. Total lack of any customer appreciation.
