It was service. Maybe things need to be tightened up just a bit thru-out the service and public relations departments. I have a story but it is way too long for me to waste my time writing it all out. But please read this to the end. The phone call I received from someone trying to set up an appt for me was annoying. I get that some people need help though. I looked on line and made my appt that way. I also called to verify that I could get this done as I had just arranged. Service guy told me that there was nothing open that late afternoon/evening. He told me to keep my Friday appt. I thanked him and hung up. I went to my 4:45 appt. Oil/filter, tire rotation. I went and sat in waiting room expecting it to be a while so I mooched around the showroom a bit and got caught up on my emails/texts. Went back to service a very short bit later and wondered why my car was not in the shop but was actually facing out of the building but by the service desk. Then I was informed that my car was all set. So at this point in my review I say wow, was not expecting that quick a turn around . So a big thank you on that part. All things considered it was a good service visit. Experience at the service dept was way better than I had expected, (I'm still old school thinking on dealerships service departments). Fuccillio Nissan really is a good place to go in my experiences. They do seem to be a bit heavy on the emails for after service but again I'm old school. I guess really its a nice thing to know that they do want to follow up on things and make the overall experience as best as can be for the customer. So if you want to take anything from this review, Fuccillio Nissan has changed perceptions of what a dealer is all about. They seem to be good people doing good work. For that I thank you all. More

Above and beyond staff members The staff was great and not only did they fix the recall on my airbags they went above and beyond and put air in my tires and washed my car.
