Time means nothing here. Be prepared to give up your day. Spent almost 3&1/2 hours trying to purchase my car. Had to go get my husband to finish the transaction and was promised it would only be another 20 mi Spent almost 3&1/2 hours trying to purchase my car. Had to go get my husband to finish the transaction and was promised it would only be another 20 min process. It was over an hour and then after all the papers were signed they only wanted to give me one key. Only after threatening a bad Google review did they agree to make me a second key. I made an appointment to have that done and was told it would be a 45 minute appointment. I arrived on time and it still took over an hour and a half which was over double the time they told me. The bottom line is they had the vehicle I wanted at a price I thought was decent but I have literally spent over 6 hours at a dealership in the last week! More

From the minute the door was opened for me in the show room to the minute I drove off the lot in my new car, I knew I picked the right place to buy a car. The staff was friendly, professional and enthusiastic. Dashan was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the car and made sure I had all of my questions answered. Nice, but still expensive Visited because my check engine light came on unexpectedly. They were able to fix it promptly, and covered the cost of the repair under goodwill warra Visited because my check engine light came on unexpectedly. They were able to fix it promptly, and covered the cost of the repair under goodwill warranty despite my manufacturer warranty having expired ~ 2k miles earlier. That being said they were more than happy to suggest additional service (albeit necessary) at a staggering labor rate. I ended up spending almost $500 on routine transmission fluid flush (which I can no longer do myself because of the newfangled CVT transmission), an alignment, and tire rotation. Overall I’m happy with the level of service I was provided with here, but prices are insane for even the most basic service. More
