Snow tire removal It took 3 hours to have snow tires switched out. When I went to the service counter to question why it was taking so long the gentleman constantly ta It took 3 hours to have snow tires switched out. When I went to the service counter to question why it was taking so long the gentleman constantly talked over me and told me this is normal. Once 3 hours had passed he began to give me every excuse he could think of. Again, when I began talking he spoke over me and stated it was a good thing I brought my car to them. There were additional charges on my bill, $10 for tire disposal? Once I complained about the time and cost he hesitated and said he might be able to adjust the cost. I was encouraged to bring my car back in another 1,000 miles to have the belt and spark plugs replaced, I would never return simply based on the fact that your service worker had no desire to apologize or make things right throughout my appointment. More
