Amazing We bought our vehicle from a different dealer in 2014. Had an issue with a leak for a little while, called the dealer made an appointment(Destination We bought our vehicle from a different dealer in 2014. Had an issue with a leak for a little while, called the dealer made an appointment(Destination Nissan). When we went in said that it will be 260.00 to even look at the issue. Said that wasn’t happening. We left mad and then I called Fuccillo Nissan to se if they would do the same thing we wanted to do at Destination Nissan, Fran at Fuccillo said sure we can get you in later today, which by this time I was like oh ok. So we decided to drop it off the following morning, which we did. And it all goes up hill from there. We gotten there around 7:40 am . We spoke with Fran who said that Nick will be our service advisor. nick was absolutely great( a much better experience at Fuccillo Nissan than at Destination). Went through the process of getting us in the system. It was really cool to see the techs video of the work performed. I will not be bringing our 2014 Murano back to Destination Nissan for anymore work. Thanks again for all the great ppl in your facility it was an enjoyable one. More
