Satisfied I have a 2019 Nissan Armada and it was having trouble starting at a nearby business to the Latham Nissan dealer. Once I got it started I called and explained my trouble and that I had 3 kids in the car and I live an hour away. They said to come right over and they'll get me in as soon as possible. Once we were there I was pleased to see that they had a special waiting room just for kids. There was a cartoon on the tv, and a couple tablets for them to use. I was only there for a little over an hour. Overall I was completely satisfied with the facility and the service. More

Intros, test drive, decision, meeting w mgmt to decide warranty & complete payment was the easiest and I would highly recommend. That part was all done within 90min- 2 hours max. It’s obvious the staff appreciates your business and shows your by offering the best possible pricing right away. Would highly recommend this dealership specifically. More
