He has yet to return any calls and did not take the time to talk to my husband. Sent the sales manager, Tom instead. I have since reached out to the corporate offices and left a message. No return call. It is sad that this is acceptable business practices. It’s even sadder that this is the reputation you want out there. I work for a large local school district and many have complimented my new car however they were immediately told not to go to this dealership. I advised them to use a professional dealership and you definitely do not meet those standards More
