Nothing but bad information and outright lies in more than one occasion. I have called twice to talk with the GM and my husband actually came in to see him. He has yet to return any calls and did not take the time to talk to my husband. Sent the sales manager, Tom instead. I have since reached out to the corporate offices and left a message. No return call. It is sad that this is acceptable business practices. It’s even sadder that this is the reputation you want out there. I work for a large local school district and many have complimented my new car however they were immediately told not to go to this dealership. I advised them to use a professional dealership and you definitely do not meet those standards More
