Speaking with Billy Jr on An Uber ride he suggested bringing it in for a transmission service check. Essentially I was told by Fran and her staff that they could find nothing wrong, assured me I was in under warranty and if problem escalated to return and the warranty would be substantiated. Said to say they mislead me into mileage over the warranty. Taking my business elsewhere. More

Brake service I have returned to Fucillo for a second repair on my certified pre-owned 2017 Nissan Rogue in less than a year. I purchased this vehicle with 7,000 mi I have returned to Fucillo for a second repair on my certified pre-owned 2017 Nissan Rogue in less than a year. I purchased this vehicle with 7,000 miles and the car has needed a full suspension replacement and yesterday after driving it for 11,000 miles needed to have warped roters replaced for almost $900. I am extremely disappointed in this car. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership, as this car was sold to me in less than fair condition and I paid top dollar for it. To me this vehicle is a piece of junk and I will be stuck with it until I can save enough for a down payment to trade it in. No amount of cheery service representatives will solve the fact I have a defective car and wish I had my money back. More
