Nothing but a hassle Bought my truck a year ago at this dealership and it has been nothing but a hassle from day one. They had no title for the vehicle I wanted; waited a Bought my truck a year ago at this dealership and it has been nothing but a hassle from day one. They had no title for the vehicle I wanted; waited a month for a title! And in the end I chose a different vehicle. They tried to make amends for the inconvenience by giving me a years service. This included 2 oil changes and 1 nys inspection for the following year. The oil changes went fine but the nys inspection was not given to me. Due to mileage- this is ridiculous because inspection are year yo year not based on mileage. To boot they failed my 2016 Toyota Tacoma for broken brake pad - this was untrue and when I replaced the brakes myself it was clear that it should not have been failed. They were obviously trying to up sell something that was not needed. Not only is this unethical it is illegal and I will be pursuing this further through DMV. This dealership is a complete nightmare. More

Saved the day Was at an appt in Albany and my car would not go into gear.
