Smudged Leather I wished they would take more care when dealing with cars that have ivory leather. I'm summarizing my experience in a few words Everything felt normal but some aspects I wouldve removed if I could've. Car was totalled, looked online for a new one. The Elantra came up as a great option as I just had one model older with none of the features this one has. Wanted to schedule a test drive but walked in instead the next morning. Test drove a couple of vehicles. The one I wanted was already sold but still knew I wanted the one I got. Then I waited. And waited more. Several times it was for paperwork. One time to speak to the manager which I didnt care for. My biggest issue was I told my salesperson I needed to leave by 215pm. He assured me no problem. So I brought my rental back and got back by 2pm. I didnt leave until it was almost 5pm. They didnt know the car needed to go through and inspection and needed to be driven 30 miles. That was the worst part. Definitely a lesson learned there. Be checked on every half an hour or so and being told it shouldn't be too much longer wasnt too great either. Next time if I need to wait it wont be there despite what they say. Too bad the paperwork was already signed or else i would've requested something off. Some kind of credit.. Tyler was good. Knowledgeable. Did his job. It was the process and the waiting that sucked. P.S. Update your emails. Got a $100 off in an email towards my purchase which expires on 6/15/19. I didnt realize until Tyler gave me his card that the discount seems to be a regular thing anyway. More

May be understaffed, but with limited time off this was a huge waste of time. Hope this was a fluke. More
