It was a wonderful experience working with Nissan to lease a new car. My sales representative, Tyler O'Brien was great. The service itself was done well, however the wait was over an hour and the employee taking care of me refused to take my coupons after the service was completed even after suggesting I scroll through my over an hour and the employee taking care of me refused to take my coupons after the service was completed even after suggesting I scroll through my email to find active coupons while I waited (again, over an hour). He then stated “Sorry ‘hun’ too late, I already completed the invoice. Coupons are only accepted prior to the service.” (I already know this isn’t true because I’ve submitted coupons at the point of payment before to other employees). Overall, not happy. And I overpaid. More
