Bought a great car from them but the only positive is that I got the car I wanted. Their customer service SUCKS. The seatbelt mechanism needed to be replaced and I was told that it would be taken care of that I got the car I wanted. Their customer service SUCKS. The seatbelt mechanism needed to be replaced and I was told that it would be taken care of before I took owner of the car; when I came to pick it up- it wasn’t fixed yet, but no one bothered to call me ahead of time and tell me that even though they knew I live over an hour a way. The manager Mike PROMISED me a full tank of gas for my inconvenience and we made an appointment for that service to be done a week later and when I made yet another trip out there to get this done, I was told they had ordered the wrong part and I would have to come back yet again. When they put gas in my car, I got in it and drove away only to my surprise did I realize that they only gave me a half a tank. That’s quite a stunt you pulled.😡 I will not be taking any more time off of work to drive an hour out there, nor will I waste any more time with this establishment. They are great to work with when they want to make a sale, but after that; their Integrity goes right out the window!!!! IDK if it’s because they got bought out and are going under new ownership soon so they just don’t care…. But poor Billy must be rolling over in his grave. This is the 3rd vehicle I’ve purchased from a Fuccillo dealership and by far the worst experience ever. I would much rather PAY my local, honest & trustworthy mechanic to do the repair, rather than drive out there again and let these clowns do it for free. More
Was very happy with purchasing are used F150. Greatly appreciated all the help from Darren Frasier on showing me all the details and helping me with connecting my phone to the truck. I bought a truck from this dealership. My mechanic found several glaring issues that were not addressed upon the sale - all major safety concerns that would never pass the NYSI. Very irresponsible and unsafe mechanical work done from their garage. The dealership offered no help to remedy the thousands of dollars needed to repair the truck and bring up to code. More
I buy cars for functionality and options I need. I researched the Ford Explorer and decided it could be the car I might want vs. other mrgfs provided the price was right. I had previously Bought a F 250 at Nelliston with an easy agreement on the final price and liked how I was dealt with. I contacted four Ford dealers on line for available Explorers. The highly functional/low optioned/lower priced Explorers were no longer available as advertised. This gave me a bait and switch feeling with Ford (an any ) dealers. Regardless my 1st stop Ford Nelliston to look at options they might have because of past experience. After couple more stops at other dealers I sat down with my wife over the best proposals and decided Fuccillo won the deal because their initial proposal required very little haggling. They provided available discounts with sweet financing. We signed a deal within 72 hrs for a car unseen. But this message is not about Fuccillo Ford. FIRST DARREN FRAISER NEEDS TO BE COMPLIMENTED BECAUSE OF: 1. Appearance and personality, : 10 points 2. Insight: He knew what we were looking for and knew the model we saw on line was gone & therefore had a couple of options available. (another new higher priced 2021 or a 2020 CPO ) 4. Product knowledge: He knew the car and talked intelligently about the features. 5. Efficiency: He went quickly back and forth to the boss to come closer to a sale. 6. Reliability: He followed up on e mails to finalize the deal in a business-like fashion and did not bother me with useless calls 7.Speed: At closing I was in and out - a paperwork ready and accurate. ALL IN ALL. My wife is very happy with, the car. Happy wife, happy life. And I'm pleased with how the deal went down with thanks to DARREN Fraiser and MICHAEL Risucci, MIKE Smith and EVA Whitman(in the background. More

Sales personnel do not know (and don't bother to research) eligibility of Ford rebate programs. They strung me along for more than 5 months before they informed me that Ford said I was not eligible research) eligibility of Ford rebate programs. They strung me along for more than 5 months before they informed me that Ford said I was not eligible for a $500.00 Veteran's rebate due to some unexplained (verbally or on the written contract) rebate they had given me. When I first went there, the salesman gave me 3 numbers, the new vehicle cost, what they offered for my trade-in and what the new vehicle would cost me. Before signing the contract, I asked about the Veteran's rebate since it was not listed on the sales contract. The salesman didn't know but the sales manager said I needed to contact Ford and they would give it to me. The next day I provided the rebate certificate to the salesman and he confirmed receipt. After several phone calls (most unanswered and messages not returned) over a several week period, I contacted the General manager because I still had not received the rebate. He was pleasant and had a sales manager call me back within minutes. We discussed the rebate and he asked that I forward him a copy of my Veteran's eligibility certificate from Ford. He confirmed receipt within minutes. After several more weeks without the rebate, I was put in touch with the Fuccillo rebate program representative. She said she would look into it. After 2 1/2 weeks, I called her back and asked about the rebate. She apologized and thought the sales manager had called me to resolve the matter. Three days later she called back and said Ford had turned down my rebate based on the other unexplained rebate given at time of sale. If I wasn't entitled to the Veteran's rebate, why wasn't I told when I purchased the vehicle. Why, did the staff jerk me around for more than 5 months. It is also noted that I bought the vehicle from Fuccillo, not Ford. Fuccillo told me I was eligible for the rebate before I signed on the dotted line. If they screwed up, why didn't they accept blame and give me the rebate themselves if Ford denied it. I gave them another chance to excel. I called to schedule service for a factory recall. I gave my name, vehicle type and Recall notice number as requested by the rep. I was asked to hold. After a 30 second wait, a recording answered asking me to provide my name and phone number to call me back to schedule the service. I left the info but never got a return phone call to schedule service. Will I go back to Fuccillo again? Sure, to celebrate with other dissatisfied customers when they go out of business. Considering the way they treated me, they won't be in business much longer. More
Overall experience great! Darren was absolutely amazing with helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
