One of my tail-light was out on my Tribeca and I just need to have it change. Paul was very friendly and helpful, he sent me to the parts department and show me what to buy, and then changed all my tail- need to have it change. Brought my 2012 Impreza with Andrew. Andrew was really friendly and easy to talk to. I also received really great services and support from Andrew after I purchased the car. The only setback I had with this dealership is the price negotiation took forever. We couldn't agreed on the price for a while. Toward the end, Andrews boss walked in and talk to us. It resulted with very heated conversation and my wife and I end up walking away. About 2 hours later, they called me and they are willing to make a deal with the price I offered. I guess it is just part of the negotiation process, but I really wished that never happened. Overall, I enjoyed working with Andrew. He was wonderful. But I wished his boss would've cut down the negotiation game and agreed with the price I offered initially. More

I had a friend refer me to Roman as he had helped him with his last car purchase. Roman did a wonderful job being up front about the price of the car, trade-in and interest rate, cutting out the back a with his last car purchase. I left the dealership as I felt overwhelmed a little, and he took the time to work up numbers with his manger and finance department then called me back to let me know he was able to get the numbers where I needed them. He told me there was another customer interested and it was true, unlike other salesmen that will say that just to get the sale. The other customer actually showed up after I had filled out the application. I would definitely go back to Roman!!! More

Service Manager Dan Feigner is the main reason why I'm still driving my 2006 Subaru Forester today. When my Forester experienced catastrophic engine failure several months ago, Dan stepped up and did still driving my 2006 Subaru Forester today. When my Forester experienced catastrophic engine failure several months ago, Dan stepped up and did everything in his power to get my car running again. Not only did he get it repaired to like-new condition, but also for a lot less money it would have cost for a major engine rebuild. What impressed me the most was that he took the initiative to contact me directly because he felt I wasn't getting the best possible service at that time. I never had the opportunity to thank him in person but I would highly recommend his services to all Subaru car owners. More
