I had problems with 2 large dealerships in Sumner and Kirkland and was at the verge of giving up my search for a vehicle for a while. I was skeptical and went there with little hope they could help me out and was definitely proved wrong. Not only did they give me the most for my Dodge caliber/trade in but they got me into a car I wanted. I had exceptional customer service at a time where things were difficult for me. David Contreras was extraordinarily quick to address all my major concerns and you could tell he genuinely cares about each customer. Roman Shumskiy worked with me quick and efficiently on paperwork. Every time I placed a phone call I was able to get through to David or Roman right away. You can tell they are very motivated to get a deal thats right for you and not just about how much money they can make like most dealerships. I have been to several large and small dealerships over the years and never experienced or seen such high consideration to provide the best service to you. As a Canadian purchasing a new Subaru vehicle in the U.S. I was very pleased with the level of service I was given by Walkers Renton Subaru and in particular Noel Alderman. When I was informed my new vehicle had arrived at the dealership and was ready to be picked up Noel even picked my son and I up at the airport and drove us to the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership Lori Brown had all the papers ready to be signed so inside of an hour we were on our way. After doing a lot of research online in regards to finding a reliable year round vehicle, Subaru was my first choice. Next was to find one with price I could afford. Neither are pushy and seem to give honest opinions. I must say they are both extremely patient as my fiance and I tend to ask a ton of questions, and then doubt ourselves, etc. etc. Alec helped us set up my phone etc. before we left, which is a good thing because I would have been completely lost. Walkers Renton Subaru was the very first dealership I arrived at. I was greeted by Roman Shumskiy immediately with a warm and positive attitude. I wasn't sure if the car was for me and wanted to get a feel of what else was out there to make cross comparisons. I went to another dealership in Renton where the customer service could not compare to the experience I received from Mr. Shumskiy. After looking some more I received a call from Roman inquiring how my search was going. At this point I was still uncertain of what I was looking for and told Roman I would possibly be in contact. I visited 5 other dealerships from Puyallup to Lynnwood and none could compare to Romans prestige service. These dealerships may have had the vehicles I was looking for but not the customer service. I ended up heading right back to Walkers Renton Subaru in search of Roman. Someone immediately came out to help me but I refused to do business with anyone other than Roman himself. Exceptional service from two highly qualified, professional sales people. In early December, my wife and I purchased a 2013 Mazda CX5 from Walker's Renton Subaru. We were greeted by two friendl professional sales people. In early December, my wife and I purchased a 2013 Mazda CX5 from Walker's Renton Subaru. We were greeted by two friendly professional salespersons, Roman and Nebyou. Both salespersons were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions. They let us take the vehicle for a test drive without tagging along, which was great because it gave us a chance to discuss the potential purchase without having the sales people overhearing our every word. We also liked the fact that there was no pressure to buy the car. There was a confusion on the price, one ad had the vehicle advertised at a lower price than another ad. Walker's Renton Subaru honored the lower priced ad, Not all dealerships will do that. The closing process was handled very professionally and efficiently. We were treated really well by everyone involved. OVERALL-No high pressure sales,just a relaxed environment with great sales people. Thank you Nebyou and Roman. We look forward to driving this new CX5 for many years to come, but if we are ever in the market for another vehicle, we will be sure to pay you a visit and we will recommend you to all friends. I spent quite some time researching which new car I might want to buy based on a number of criteria including quality, reliability, efficiency, appearance, safety, general price, etc. When I decided on that want to buy based on a number of criteria including quality, reliability, efficiency, appearance, safety, general price, etc. When I decided on that the Subaru Impreza was a strong contender, I contacted a number of dealerships around both Western and Central Washington. The response I received from Walker Subaru's Noel Alderman was outstanding--and clearly the best choice for my needs. He answered each of my questions directly and positively without trying to dazzle me with extraneous information or persuade me in any way. When my wife and I came in to test drive the Impreza and eventually factory order a 2013 Impreza, Noel was most accommodating, courteous, friendly, and genuinely helpful in every way. He made a number of positive suggestions on the purchase that turned out to be great choices. And while informative, he did not push me toward options or accessories that were of no interest--he simply provided his knowledge and guidance about the Impreza that were important in making decisions on what to purchase with the car. I was also impressed with the fact that he himself owned Subarus and had recenly purchased a car very similar to mine. He also was able to give me a better price on the car than I'd expected. While it took longer than expected for the car to be delivered (I believe this was the case for all Imprezas throughout the country), once the car arrived the actual buying process went quite smoothly. Lap Nguyen, the finance manager, was also clear, patient and helpful in the purchase and quite informative regarding the maintenance and warranty programs--and I did buy the additional 36k mile maintenance package. During this visit Noel made himself available throughout the entire purchase/pick-up of the car and provided an extensive amount of his time "bringing me up to speed" on the Impreza's operation before my wife and I left the dealership. Good thing too, since the car got its first test right off the bat with heavy snow, rain and wind driving over Snoqualmie Pass to Central Washington.
