I bought a used Impreza. Roman was efficient, friendly and forthright. He contacted me when the car came onto the lot, as he knew I was looking for this model. I hoped to negotiate the price, but was quickly told the car would be sold to another customer if I didn't buy it. Fair enough. However, I was surprised when the selling price actually INCREASED by $375.00 before the deal was done. Since this was my first time buying from a dealer, I was very disappointed that the original offered price increased. (Increased cost was NOT taxes and fees.) I do like the vehicle and appreciate Roman's follow up. More

Ordered a '13 WRX from manufacture. Got a great price, but had to deal with Subaru Corporate's lack of efficient tracking system vehicles that are ordered. I recently visited Walker's Renton Subaru for the first time. I was looking to make very first car purchase. The car I've been looking for was something that's dependable, will get me around in all weather time. I was looking to make very first car purchase. Based on my research, I knew that a Subaru was the perfect match. While at the Used dealership, I was met by Tep. From the beginning, he made me and my parents feel welcomed. Tep was very friendly and made my needs a top priority. Through the test drive and full inspection of the vehicle (2012 Outback), Tep and David (manager) answered all of our questions and provided extra useful information. Once I decided to purchase the car, Tep escorted us to the facility where I would complete my financing options. I've heard that is usually a very long and troubling process, but because of Tep's willingness to help and make us feel comfortable, it went smoothly. While signing papers, Tep offered to clean the ins and outs of my car, to make it pristine for my drive home. Tep really went above and beyond with my time spent at Walker's, I couldn't ask for a better sales rep. Before I left, we snapped a photo of him handing me the keys to my new car. We decided to visit the Subaru used car lot, not really expecting to purchase a car on that day. On arriving, we were greeted by Roman, and he let us know there was a car that had just been traded in we m expecting to purchase a car on that day. It was a beautiful blue 2005 Outback in excellent condition and also a most attractive blue color. We weren't sure we were ready to purchase, but Roman worked with us on the price, our trade-in and down payment and we decided we could actually make a deal. The best part is that we fell in love with the Outback, especially after going for a test drive and hearing about the premium features and extras on this vehicle. Because of our somewhat complicated financial situation, we hit a few snags getting approved for a loan. Roman worked with us every step of the way, and the other staff in the sales office and the business office worked with us 110 percent to make our dream of owning this car a reality. We were completely impressed with Roman. He worked so hard to take care of us and make sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. He is a very friendly, personable sales professional and we feel lucky to have met him and had his help in making this purchase. More
My mother was in a need of a vehicle, so I decided to visit some dealerships around the Renton area. When we arrived to the dealership we were welcomed by Matt with a big smile and good attitude. Even though it was freezing cold outside! He was helpful/patience and did not have a problem that we looked at multiple cars. I defiantly just came in to look at the cars, but found a good car that fits my mom's criteria. We went inside and tried to negotiate some numbers. This is where things went a little different, but buying a car is not easy! After I was shown the first number and tried to negotiate a different sales man came out... His personality was a little too strong and is defiantly what I picture salesman to be... so we couldn't come up with the right number and I wanted to leave, since I wasn't trying to purchase a car that day. I just came to look and if the price was decent then I'd buy it. As I was leaving a manager came out and gave me a good offer, so we changed our minds and came back in. At the end we got the car. Then I went over to finance and I met with Joy. I have purchased a car before and dealt with a very pushy finance person, but Joy was very sincere. She explained things to me clearly and answered all of my questions. Overall, I would recommend this dealership (just know it is a dealership) and most likely come back in the future. Matt was very friendly and genuine. He was not rushing me to purchase a car, but was there to help me out. Thanks a lot! More

I regret that we did not purchase a car from Walkers at that point, because we did not have luck with the FOrester we purchased from a borker on 1st Avenue South (that Subara had check engine lights and turbo problems). I stopped back by Walkers to check thier inventory when I was ready to get a commuter car for myself. I asked for Roman, becasue he was pleasant and helpful the first time I had been there. A couple weeks later, I came back in and test drove a Hyundai Accent with Roman, and purchased it! The car was in pretty good condition, and was just what I was looking for in a economical commuter vehicle. Roman and Walkers made the car buying experience pretty easy. I just wish I could have gotten the vehicle for a little bit less $. Two weeks later, and I am loving having this newer small car. More
