Mike was great, honest and friendly. I never felt pressured and even after we bought the SUV he still made sure I was happy with the buy. Overall great atmosphere in the office and quick service. When they told me the payments on a vehicle that I inquired about on line. The price was too high so, I wanted to look at cheaper vehicles, but I was told me the financing was only for this one car. I inquired about on line. The price was too high so, I wanted to look at cheaper vehicles, but I was told me the financing was only for this one car. I did not understand why but I wanted a new car so I decided to sign papers for it regardless of the tactics used. They did not offer a warranty package at signing, they said it was not available. However, after I got home I found a warranty agreement in the glove box and temporary plate, from a buyer that purchased the same vehicle with a warranty the month before and for some reason returned the car to the lot. I feel like I was pressured to buy this vehicle for reasons that were not disclosed. My husband was asking around after this happened because he did not go to the dealership with me, and one of his clients said that they did the same thing to her and they left the car lot because of it. Showed us different vehicle Baldwin, we had a fun experience. Not at all what we expected. She was respectful and listened to our needs and wants. Showed us different vehicles. And options. Helped us with financing, trade in, etc. respected our final decision not to finance. She provided lots of information and answered all our questions small and big. And was quite entertaining throughout! I would not hesitate to send friends to her for a new car and we love our Suburu! Thank you. More

So my wife and I started looking and researching the Subaru Outback when we discovered one online that was marked as "Certified Pre-Owned" which entitles the car to an extended manufactureres warranty. Subaru Outback when we discovered one online that was marked as "Certified Pre-Owned" which entitles the car to an extended manufactureres warranty. This certification was one of the main criteria we had for a used vehicle. We found a used Outback with only 3,000 miles on it and looked beautiful. I pulled the Carfax on it and sure enough there was the validation "Certified Pre-Owned" so I felt good about going to look at it and give it a spin. When we got to Walker's Subaru there was a young man there to show us the vehicle - his name was James and he was very friendly. After talking to him for about 5 - 10 minutes some other guy named Roman steps in and starts telling us that the car is NOT a Certifed Pre-Owned car but that he could "make it one" if it had the pink slip in the glove box that includes a 160 point inspection. Well what do you know, that slip was there alright and he showed it to me. He said the process wasn't final and that there is a "second step" to finalize it as Certified. He said it costs the dealership $2500 but that he could do it for $1500. When I showed disinterest in this notion he said ...ok....ok...."the lowest I can go on that warranty is $1000". I was so put off by this guy. First of all, what happened to James (the nice friendly guy we first met) and what's up with the BAIT AND SWITCH!!! I told my wife we were going home and we did. I left upset and confused. When I woke up the next morning I was still upset so I called to speak with the manager but got the total run around and still I don't know who the REAL manager is! I said look, it's already Certified and I want it for the price its listed at AND I want you to switch the fabric seats for leather ones. They did it. They knew they were wrong. They knew they pulled some shenanigans on me and my wife and made it right. But I'm still bitter. It was my first experience with a Subaru dealership. We now own our very first Subaru and we love it but we don't love the experience we had in obtaining it. If I every buy another Subaru it won't be from Walker's. By the way, when we finalized the deal we made sure to work with James - he's a good kid but if I were him I'd look for another job. Lap Nguyen was cool too - he was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. P.S. They could have put gas in the car, washed it, vacuumed it, and pretended to have good customer service. That might have helped a bit. More
