On my first day there, Luther did a great job of explaining to me why Subaru is the best brand for me and all the great features that set Subaru apart. In the next few days I went to a few other Subaru dealerships, but quickly realized that Walker's customer service would best suit my car search. Trey was my salesman and was very flexible in getting me the car I wanted at a price that worked for me. The price we agreed on was very fair and much better than I expected. For my first car-buying experience, this was wonderful as I was quite nervous to enter into the negotiation process, but Trey did a great job of getting back to me in a timely matter and treating me respectfully and with great customer service. I could tell that he really wanted to help me out the best that he could. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend. More
Should have listened to friends I stopped in for an oil change and ended up looking at the used car inventory. I was approached by a salesman who was really nice. I was not planning on buying a car, but after test driving a few, I ended up making an offer. I bought it after reaching an agreement that I would pay said amount if they replace the front bumper (scraped, damaged, looked rough) and the driver mirror which was taped on with electrical tape.. I made an appointment to get those things done. My salesman (Chris) was very nice and drove my new purchase home while I drove my daily home. Chris in used sales and Lenny in service are the only reason I am doing this review or there would have been no stars to give or any more time to waste. Fast forward to that afternoon. I drove the new car that night and I go to roll my passenger window down. It starts to go down and then starts sticking and squeaking. I immediately stopped and rolled up the window. It has not gone back down since. I called the dealership the next morning and reported the issue to a used salesman (forgot his name). He said "wrong department" and immediately transferred me to service. I explained what happened to the serviceman and he was shocked. He said that was not how they did business there especially if the car just left the lot and transferred me back. I got the same salesman who immediately sent me back to service. I waited on hold and service picked up. He ended up having to go down there and tell them handle this. He apologized profusely. I then got back to used sales and they went to transfer me again. I told them to get me a manager immediately in a firm voice. I felt because this salesman was not involved in the phone tag game. He agreed that this was out of hand. He took my name and number and promised he would forward it to the used sales general manager. He called me back later that day and said they would do what they could when I brought it in for the bumper. Fast forward a week. I waited an extra week so they could install my bumper, my mirror, and touch up some paint spots. They left it in the used lot so I could pick it up late. I found it odd that I was prompted to sign my pick up paperwork without being able to inspect the work first. RED FLAG. I get to the car and go to drive it home. The window still does not go down. I am furious at this point and keep driving. I contacted them the next day and they apologized. They basically said the price of that part and the labor price. I can do it myself. I can also not recommend this place. False promises and lies with a few diamonds in the rough. I should have listened to my friends about this place. Sad. More

Bad Service Check-Up I recently moved up from Oregon and needed to get an oil change on my 2012 Impreza. This was was first oil change since my recent 60K check-up. After I recently moved up from Oregon and needed to get an oil change on my 2012 Impreza. This was was first oil change since my recent 60K check-up. After the oil change I was contacted by the dealer and was notified that I had some faulty parts and the cost to repair would be a few thousand dollars... Tough news to hear, being that I just got out of the warranty period. They automatically told me that I needed to get a loaner car and that they don't recommend me to drive the car off of the lot. I told them I was going to pick up my car and get a second opinion. I took my car to two other subaru dealerships, and they both told me that nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership at all for service. They try to take advantage of people with little knowledge of vehicles and do not represent the Subaru name well. More
Excellent service and a positive car buying experience I am not a fan of the car buying experience, but I have to say this one has to be one of the very best for me. I was referred to Ron by another salesm I am not a fan of the car buying experience, but I have to say this one has to be one of the very best for me. I was referred to Ron by another salesman at a different dealership when they did not have the car I needed. Ron was helpful in showing me the different Subaru features and options. He arranged for me to do an extended test drive to make sure the car was what I wanted. Overall, I was impressed at Ron's ability to be educational without being pushy or overly aggressive. I would recommend Ron to anyone looking for excellent service and a positive car buying experience. I should also mention that Lap Nguyen in Finance was detailed, courteous and effecient as well. Lastly, meeting the manager on-duty was a nice touch, too! More

The former employee who was the original sales associate knew little about the car and was not attentive to our particular questions. We led him through the process of our purchase. The intermediate sales person who discussed finances was helpful at our first visit....drawing out attention to the Boeing connection. The men in both departments who finalized the numbers were personable and attentive. Lap and another manager type who sought us out to say goodbye. Also re-worked numbers at last which came in a bit lower than originally quoted. One downfall: having to purchase the gps etc system just to get the sunroof in the outback. More
