Horrible experience while buying Subaru legacy!!! It was good in the beginning with Mark and James W, but later during the negotiation and discounts one of the sales manager (Rick) was rude. I would have appreciated if he would have told me that this is the final price we can offer, but his behaviour was like he is doing me favor by selling that car. Then they offered/asked me to book a car which is at some other dealer location by paying $1000, without seeing the car. More

My mom also liked him a lot, which is very rare, especially when it comes to dealerships. Chris knew exactly what he was selling and his customer service was exceptional. Like dealing with teenagers I purchased a vehicle from these guys a little over a week ago. Overall sales experience/test drive etc was pretty good. Dealt with Rick and Brandon, I purchased a vehicle from these guys a little over a week ago. Overall sales experience/test drive etc was pretty good. Dealt with Rick and Brandon, ended up leaving with the vehicle and was happy with it. At the time of signing the contract, I wrote a check for about $5K and we did finance through my bank for the remainder. Mike (the finance manager) wrote everything up and I was on my way. Drove the car the first day and the second, and then had to leave on a business trip for the week. Got back, and there was a service employee (Mark) at my door. He said that they didn't have the down payment I had given them. I had a brief conversation with Mike again and he asked me to check and see if it had cleared my bank, maybe the paperwork just got messed up or something. I said fine, I'd do that and then call him back. So I call the bank. Check never cleared. OK. I go grab my checkbook and locate the carbon copy of the check I wrote and gave to Mike. Call Mike back an hour or so later, but I get the front desk, who tells me he's busy and they leave a message. Mike never calls me back. The next day, I go in for some dental work. I come home and Mark is at my door again and Mike is calling again. This time they're here to collect the car. Mark has me talk to the owner, or general manager, or somebody high up, who launches right in and begins berating me the second I get on the phone. He tells me I never called them back or followed up and I never gave them the check etc etc etc. I tell him that is untrue, that I had given them the check and even had the carbon copy in my checkbook, and was willing to give him another check right then and there. None of this mattered to the guy, who only took a more aggressive tone and tried to lecture me about being responsible and so forth. The whole time I'm trying to argue with him while half of my face in numb from the dentist still and I'm thinking that a little bit of diplomacy could solve this very easily. Instead I get to deal with abusive language from the manager/owner whoever that no customer should ever have to deal with. Last time I shop here, that's for sure. TL;DR -> owner called me up and cussed me out because he lost the check for my down payment. xxxxtard. More

I had purchased it a Walker's and so when it was time for me to decide to replace or purchase, I went back to Walker's to determine my options. I ended up trading in my 2012 for a new 2015. Walker's made it extremely easy. I worked with Aaron Wilmot who was very knowledgeable and professional to work with. He worked with the sales manager to get me the deal I needed. This is the 4th car I've purchased from Walker's (3 Subaru's and one Mazda) and have been treated very well in each case. This is a very friendly, customer focused team. More
