There wasn't that back and forth, time consuming process we all have become accustomed to. We actually enjoyed the experience, and Ron was funny and outgoing. This is a great dealership to buy a car from and service at! I bought my first Subaru two years ago from this dealership. The process was effortless and I was extremely happy walking out the door. Since then I have taken my car to the service center for all oil changes and repairs. I specifically deal with PJ in the service department. He is knowledgeable , professional and always goes the extra mile to make sure that I am taken care of. If you are looking to service your Subaru, I highly recommend going to PJ. More

I sent an email to James Willis and not only did he send me information to try out, but let me know if that doesn't work he can walk me through it while he navigates the menu at the dealership. Very friendly, fast and professional response even though I bought the car a few months ago! Initial Review on 10/9/15 My first new car purchase and couldn't have asked for a better experience and car! Received a True Car bid from James Willis at Walker's Renton Subaru on Sunday, 9/27. Went in to "just take a look" because I thought I'd end up buying from another dealership...but after meeting James and hearing how knowledgeable he was about the car and features we were test driving, I knew this was the dealership and the car. During the test drive, James was able to describe and demonstrate all the features of the 2016 Forester. He wasn't pushy at all. He was pleasant, professional and courteous. I have to say I thought it was going to be tiring and long, but this experience was great. Even my husband was impressed with our experience at Walker's Renton Subaru and James. I was very happy with the test drive and car, but it was AFTER I purchased my car that I was blown away by the dealership and most of all James Willis. We ended up putting a down payment for the car Sunday and came back Monday to complete the purchase. I have to say, it was late by the time we finished the paperwork and payment. I thought they'd just give us the keys and send us on our way when we were done. But James stuck around and sat in the car with us after everything was done and made sure we knew where everything was and how to operate all the features (It had to be 30-45 minutes). During the test drive, James had explained that the dealership had removed the navigation cards due to a previous experience where the cards were getting stolen. They give the navigation cards to owners after it's purchased. We actually forgot to ask about it, but he remembered before we left. He helped me setup my bluetooth and phone, radio and audio, etc (went way above and beyond). He answered all our questions and even setup the manuals and books to make it easier to find information. He discussed the apps we can download for our smartphone to talk to the car and also went over how those are setup. It was a very pleasant experience and I ended up with a car I LOVE! I felt like we paid a good price (When I went online I saw we got the Touring with some great features, but for the price of the Limited with the same features). I'm VERY happy with the dealership and James. If you go there, make sure and seek James Willis out. Very thorough and spends the time to make sure you get the car you want and that you leave knowing what the features are and how to use it, as well as the tools to get the info you need. Finance: We worked with Lap Nguyen for the paperwork and payment. He was a fun and pleasant person to work with. Made things easy and fast. Personable and laid back (Hope he has fun on his Mexico trip!) More
