Trey Castles at Renton Subaru called me back the same day I sent my emailed inquiry about a Subaru CrossTrek. He was pleasant and calm on the phone, and in the next 20 minutes, he had helped me figure out that leasing was the best option for my wife and I and that the Impreza was probably a more realistic vehicle for our price range. Because he spent so much time with me on the phone and because he did not pressure me at all, I set up an appointment to come test drive an Impreza within the week. When my wife and I arrived for the test drive, Trey was incredibly courteous. He spent upwards of an hour with us. Three things about Trey stood out. First, he listened to us. Second, he was able to crunch some preliminary numbers and give us ballpark estimates for our lease payments on two different Imprezas (same car, with two different trim levels). After our test drive, we were able to go home equipped with the financial information that we needed in order to figure out if the Impreza was in our budget. Third, he was incredibly responsive. He maintained the perfect amount of contact with us during the sales process to keep us apprised of the car’s arrival date and to answer our questions. We leased our 2016 Impreza from Trey on March 13. It is the first new car we have ever owned, and my wife and I couldn’t be more excited. Not only did we get the car we need and the car that best suits our lifestyle and budget, but we were able to lease it from a truly exceptional sales individual. We are deeply grateful to Trey, and to the rest of the crew at Renton Subaru, for making this leasing process smooth and stress-free. More

Second Purchase from Joel - Great, Again! I just purchased my second Subaru from Joel and it couldn't have been a better experience. I bought an XV Crosstrek from him two years ago and he was great to deal with. Recently, I found that I just couldn't do without the new BRZ. I found the one I was looking for on another dealer's website but called Joel and because he is an absolutely professional, honest salesman. I told him that I really only wanted to buy from him and asked if he could take a look at the car I wanted. He worked a great deal for me with fantastic trade-in on my Crosstrek, and two days later I drove off with the exact BRZ I wanted. He even arranged to have it picked up within less than 24 hours from a dealership two-hundred miles away - no joke. The financing, management, and service folks are are great to deal with, too. When it's time for my next Subaru, I'll undoubtedly be calling Joel. More
