Worst customer service - They are so rac!st Walker's Renton Subaru in Renton, WA is THE WORST dealership I've been to. I was purchasing a Pre-Owned 2015 vehicle and the salesman (Brian Gabel) wa Walker's Renton Subaru in Renton, WA is THE WORST dealership I've been to. I was purchasing a Pre-Owned 2015 vehicle and the salesman (Brian Gabel) was so rac!st in front of everyone in their lobby. It happened in front of the manager’s desks. All I asked is that since I am paying for the vehicle out right with my trade-in why you have to run my credit. His reply was: We want to make sure you are not a terror!st. How offensive is this. He had Kailee another sales person being trained who was also helping us and she couldn't believe Brian said that :( I will never suggest anyone going to this dealership where they have sales people like this. His manager Rick was made aware, another gentleman Jamal walked over to apologize, the head guy Glen had pretty strong tone against me as well. The sales lady who was originally helping me said that he (Brian) has done this to other customers of not my color but she was shocked too (in Jamal’s presence). Very bad customer service, very bad behavior, worst place to buy a car. I’ll make sure anyone that I know get to hear about this. They just can’t put their act together. More

Helpful and committed to satisfying the customer I had just sold my car and knew what car I wanted buy. I found a 2014 Mazda CX-5 on Walker's website. I called the dealership about a Mazda CX-5 and Luther offered to pick me up in Seattle, which was very helpful. The process of purchasing the vehicle was very easy. James in finance was a fellow music enthusiast, so we had plenty to talk about. Luther and James stayed until 11pm to help me walk away with the car that night. That saved me several Uber rides to work and back the next day. I perceived that both of them were honest and not trying to sell me on something. It was brought to my attention that the car had been in a rear end collision and that the title was clean. The next day I discovered a few spots where the repair was noticeable. I contacted Luther and he arranged a time for Tom, the body shop guy, to correct the issue. I didn't pay a dime to have this done, and I am very happy with the result. They really do want their customers to be happy. Thanks guys! More
Excellent customer service! When I called Walker's to let them know that my 97 Outback overheated I spoke to PJ in Service. He told me they were booked but to bring in my car and they would get to it as soon as possible. It was towed to Walker's that afternoon and they evaluated the problem quickly. It was PJ's job to break the sad news to me. It was a very expensive repair and since the car was 19 years old, I had to determine if it was worth saving...the decision was mine to make. I decided to look at new Subaru's. PJ walked me across the street and introduced me to Diane. It was 84 degrees that day but Diane and I covered a lot of territory on that lot. I drove a red Impreza and loved it but I missed the spaciousness of my Outback. The following day, Diane was kind enough to pick Mom and I up and we drove back to Walker's. After I drove a Forester, I decided that was the car for me! After signing papers for my new car, Diane helped me remove personal items from my Outback. She programed my cell phone into my new car and reviewed all the bells and whistles (but I still have a lot to learn). I would certainly recommend Diane Baldwin. She's kind, compassionate and personable. All of these qualities are very important to me. I was not planning on buying a new car that day but I'm so glad I did. More

I went to one dealer seemed friendly enough however would not meet my price & I would have to wait until the end of June & this was end of April. I received an email via my Company benefit hub from Lina at Walkers Subaru. From the get go she was on the ground running I wanted the Crosstrek Premium with a manual transmission in Desert Khaki, we negotiated price perfection. She needed to order the car as manuals are as popular & told me it would be here last week of May first week of June. I got a call from Lina on June 1st "The car is here I am in Lynnwood I can pick you up & take you to Walkers at 6; does that work for you?" OMG Great; off we go. Paperwork easy, she went through the entire car explaining everything about how it works. She helped me add my phone contacts & set up a couple of radio stations. This goes down as one of my Favorite experiences in life & I'm 62. Luke you got the car here on time & gave me the vin # when Lina was out of town. Lina You Rock as a conscientious salesperson!!
