He was very transparent & really made sure we were thrilled with the entire process of trading in our two old vehicles & getting into our new ones. He really went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered & that we had a clear understanding of what kind of deal we were getting. Great Experience Buying My First Car After graduating from College I finally decided it was time to update my mode of transportation, and celebrate by purchasing a new car. I started my search at Walker's Renton Mazda and worked with Roman who helped me identify the Mazda CX-5's that were in my price range. Roman was very informative, and wasn't pushy at all when I was car shopping. He let his products do the talking. I drove a Mazda that I really did like, but it was only my first stop of the day so I was off to keep looking. After driving around 20 different cars, it was clear that the Mazda I first drove was my favorite. When I returned to Mazda that car had sold and I was bummed. I was directed to Peter and his manager who helped me again find a car in my price range, that had the AWD I was looking for. Peter let me drive the CX-5 home to show my parents, and let me keep it for a couple hours while I finalized my decision. When I came back ready to make my purchase it was a quick and easy process resulting in a great deal on my trade-in, and a happy customer. Peter was very helpful and I really appreciated the freedom I was allotted to make the decision on my own without having car facts shoved down my throat. I was very happy with Walker's Renton Mazda, and will definitely recommend for my friends to shop there. More

Upon arriving at the dealership, I was introduced to Trey Castles (part of Myriam's team, if I'm not mistaken) and from the test-drive to post-finance, made it smooth and easy. Again, both very professional and very personable. Those three make a fantastic team, in my opinion. More

Worst car buying experience, ever I don't even know where to begin with the review. So here goes. I went in to buy a car at the beginning of May and was initially told that the car I don't even know where to begin with the review. So here goes. I went in to buy a car at the beginning of May and was initially told that the car would be delivered in a few days. Our delivery was delayed about 2 weeks because of a recall on Outbacks. At no point during the wait did the dealership call me to say things had been delayed. When our car FINALLY delivered we setup a time to sign the paperwork. We arrived at the scheduled time, and our salesman was busy with another couple so we had to wait 40 minutes. When the salesman got to us, the finance office was busy so we had to wait another hour. When we got to the finance office we signed the paperwork and realized they had given us significantly less than what was agreed upon a few weeks ago for our trade ins. We (of course) didn't realize this until we were driving home. Then, after all of this I got a call from the sales manager. It turns out that they SENT US HOME IN THE WRONG CAR! Meaning we have to spend another hour later in the week to drive back to the dealership, sign the new paperwork and pick up the correct car. To attempt to make up for this, the sales manager offered to put some money towards a few after-market modifications, which was a great gesture. Unfortunately he didn't inform the service department about that for two additional weeks, so when I tried to schedule a time to get the services done, they had no idea what I was talking about. To cap things off, less than a month after getting the car, before we even made our first payment, I was driving it when I heard a "pop" and looked over to see a 6-inch long crack forming in the windshield. Now I'm not dumb and I know the difference between the pop that I heard and the noise that a rock hitting a windshield with enough force to immediately form a large crack. When I called the sales manager to explain what happened, he essentially called me a liar and said he'd never heard of a windshield having a flaw and cracking. More

She worked really hard to help me find what I needed, and I loved the fact that she emailed me several times with information on vehicles that pertained to what I was looking for. Elaine is very honest, and up front. And for a sales consultant that meant a lot to me. And she went the extra mile to listen and find everything that i needed/wanted in a new vehicle. I will be telling my family and friends about Walker Renton Subaru, and how its a wonderful place to buy a car. More
