A quick fair deal We saw a CX-9 advertised and called on it. We asked him for his best price before we'd drive to checkout the vehicle. He called us back with a great price. We visited the dealership and the vehicle was everything Roman said it would be. He had all of the paperwork started and the entire process went very smoothly and quickly. This was very important as I'd had a very long day and had to be up very early the next day. As we were leaving we accidentally dropped our ferry pass. We didn't realize this until we were at the ferry terminal. We called Roman and he searched for it. He called right back to let us know he'd found it and would be mailing it out to us the next day. True to his word he sent it right out and we received it a day later. The great price combined with the great service made this purchase a pleasant experience. More

After the sale, Josh pointed out to me that he noticed a small scratch by the passenger side headlight that was probably done during transit. He quickly made arrangements to have it fixed by the dealership at their expense. How honest is that? I feel good about dealing with the people at this dealership. Josh worked hard prior to the sale to send me info regarding possible used vehicles that I was interested in and never pushed to sell me anything new....but the numbers were right and I'm glad we explored this option.
