I spoke wth Brian Saeteurn who was very helpful and we discussed both leasing and buying. I had good follow-up from Brian, but let him know I decided to wait until after the holidays. I reconnected with Brian in January to inquire about a Certified Used 2016 with 3200 miles that was in their online inventory. Long story short......I went out that same afternoon and Brian worked with his sales manager to get me the best price and I felt they gave me a fair trade-in value for my 2003 Outback. I drove away that night with a beautiful new (almost) car. I am very pleased with the car and was most pleased with Brian's efforts to get me the best possible deal and to make sure this was the right car for my needs. He did not try to move me into a more expensive car with more amenities but recognized that this car fit my needs and budget perfectly. Thanks, Brian! More

Kim gave me a free maintenance and was extremely dedicated and helpful. On my request she guided me to a wonderful sales agent, Diane Baldwin, who explained me few options and listened to my needs. I didn't feel pressured to get a new car and got my space that allowed me the time to make up my mind. I have no regrets getting the new 2017 Subaru Impreza and love love love it. Thank you to Kim and Diane!! More
FALSE ADVERTISING - SERVICE DEPARTMENT DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! Walkers advertises on their website "NO APPOINTMENT OIL CHANGE" I have visited Walkers 3 separate times on the weekends to ge DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! Walkers advertises on their website "NO APPOINTMENT OIL CHANGE" I have visited Walkers 3 separate times on the weekends to get an oil change at varying times. Today was the ice breaker when I showed up when the service department opened and the first thing out of their mouth was: Do you have an appointment! They are FALSE advertising services they do not offer every day of the week. Beware who knows what else they false advertise!!! You are FALSE advertising on your website that your offer oil changes with no appointment. This may be true Monday - Friday, but like many people I work. More

He only had informed a co-worker (in his absence) to help me when I was eager to pick up my car earlier than expected. I was so excited the car arrived, per Ron White's updating with the great news. He had already planned on going away and this is 100 percent fine; however, I feel (I could be wrong) he could have informed his management of my details incase. When I showed up there was a lot of confusion and juggling from the agents at the dealership. I gave them my name and all but they did not know about my file or my car. A very nice manager, Glenn? Came over and explained and introduced himself. Very restful, relaxed and calm gentleman. And then Trey jumped in and took over the financing application process, jumped on every detail, apologized for the original 30 minute delays and was just terrific. I am so SHOCKED about the friendliness (uncanny) demeanor, real people here. NOT SCARY salespeople. Friendly attitude. After two hours I was out the door and all was as expected. My only advice is be prepared incase your original sales person drops the ball a "hair." Sorry Ron but ... More

Nicki Sullivan, ran off this customer I have had two contacts with your dealership in the last 2 days. Yesterday I met, and was helped by Diane Baldwin. She did and exceptional job, was I have had two contacts with your dealership in the last 2 days. Yesterday I met, and was helped by Diane Baldwin. She did and exceptional job, was very well informed, and informative. Based on her suggestion I took out a Forester for a test drive, and will probably purchase this model. Today, I contacted you dealership via Truecar, and received a e-mail from Prong Kennedy(9:49am). When I hadn't responded by 2:18pm, I received and inquiry from Nicki Sullivan, your customer relationship manager. I sent her a e-mail response, and I told her that I hadn't responded to Prong because there was nothing to respond to, and that I had gotten another response from a different dealer, with prices, and learned that 0% 48 month interest rate offer that was available. Diane quoted me a 1.9% interest rate offer yesterday, when we spoke, about a new forester. My second e-mail from Ms Sullivan was curt, inaccurate, and made entirely incorrect assumption about what I was trying to communicate. That's unfortunate, from someone who is tasked with building relationships. After receiving that e-mail, I called Ms Sullivan, and her tone and attitude was curt and defensive. She wasn't open to exploring the possibility of a misunderstanding or miscommunication. When I asked to speak with Ms Sullivan's boss, she said that would be the owners, and that she was the highest ranking manager at your dealership, at that time. (4pm Saturday 12/10). Ms Sullivan, was of no help, did not offer an apology, or even try to understand my issues or concerns. Please thank Diane for me, and give her 5 stars. I would consider working with her. Please give Ms Sullivan a -5, as she escalated a misunderstanding of her making. She did successfully cast a very negative customer service expectation of your dealership with me. Don't Go Anywhere Else! My wife and I were assisted by Elaine and Diane. Elaine assisted us with determining everything we needed, and quickly answered all of our questions. Diane assisted us with the closing process, showed us how to use all of the new features, and ensured that we didn't forget anything. Both Elaine and Diane were extremely helpful with our purchase, and both made the entire experience very pleasant. I would highly recommend both. Finally, we also worked with Lap in the finance department. He walked us through the various warranty and service option we had available. He was very personable, and not pushy. My wife and I give our thanks to the entire Walker's Renton Subaru team. Thanks! More
