Trey Castles called, we discussed the Subaru Legacy and our specific requirements, and Referred to Walker's Renton Subaru via the Costco Auto Program. Trey Castles called, we discussed the Subaru Legacy and our specific requirements, and made an appointment to meet. Trey patiently answered all our questions as well as explained the Legacy's many features. Our last new car purchase was ten years prior and a different buying experience. Trey made sure we had all the information we needed to make our decision. There was no pressure regarding our purchase which we appreciated because we needed a few days. Horrible service with a reoccuring problem I spent 40,000$ at walkers Renton subaru and I get treated better at my Barber shop. My subaru has a Bluetooth connectivity issue and Walkers service center has made it a gigantic pain in my arse to get it fixed. It's a warranty item that keeps breaking! You think they would help but no - it's always one thing or another. At one point they even asked me if I would sign off letting one of the service employees take my car home with them. What?!?! Sketch! I finally switched to Carter Subaru. Wow!!! What a difference. They're much more helpful. Much nicer. why didn't I do this ages ago. More

Jed understood my needs as a buyer and did not steer me to a car "just to make a sale" especially due to finance challenges. He's pleasant and comfortable to work with! Rania in finance was the same as well and also took the time to make sure I knew what I was doing and breaking the cost and coverage down for me not just having me sign documents over to close the deal. We had an instant relaxing feeling and he showed we he had the expert knowledge we were interested in. nn My daughter bought her first Subaru from RON Smith and it was on her recommendation, entered in a lease on my dream, the 2017-loaded. Ron showed me all the safety features on the car. I an 72 years old and wanted the safest car on the market. Ron spent a lot of time with me and answered all my qouestions.
