They were all very good at ignoring the customers entering.... Then Kyle came in and took me right away. Your other service representatives are NOT customer oriented at all. Not welcoming. Hopefully by my 2nd appointment you will get things straightened out. If they don't want to work with the public -- put them in offices...not the front desk! More
