Traditional car sales tactics Poor communication. Traditional car dealer dishonesty or half truths. The car that we had agreed upon was not the car delivered. Car that arrived ha Poor communication. Car that arrived had higher miles on it, double because dealer had to get it from farther away. It also was missing agreed upon options that I paid up for. This was not disclosed. I pointed it out to sales person. Car had French fry salt in seats from person who drove car to dealership that I got to vacuum up. Also frustrating to pay over $21,000 for a car and get to install my own all weather floor mats. They were just left in the back of the car. Terms agreed to were changed on paperwork. I caught that and had them changed. Over all it was a very bad buying experience. I would not recommend dealer to anyone. I have owned 2 previous Foresters that I bought used. This was my first new one. I believe in the brand, not the dealership. Would like a chance to talk with one of the owners about my experience. More

Service was well done just took longer than expected because personnel were out sick. Staff garciously offered to return my Car to me instead of me picking it up since they wanted extra time with it. The chaos that happened when they returned my car could’ve been dealt with better. The porter brought me another loaner instead of my car and to drive back to switch vehicles. When he and I called back to service desk to figure out what had happened and where my car was, the woman who answered was short and curt with us. Borderline rude. That was my only negative aspect of the visit. More
