caring professional service. Andrew met me at my car to check me in. He reviewed my past service and determined I had already completed much of the service I thought I was coming Andrew met me at my car to check me in. He reviewed my past service and determined I had already completed much of the service I thought I was coming in for on an earlier visit. (36000 mile service) He also discovered a low tire I had not noticed that had screw in it near a prior repair which required me to replace the tire. Andrew suggested buying one tire and having it shaved down to match my other tires. We choose this option and the vehicle ride is unchanged......This save me the cost of 4 new tires and I qppeciated having this option More

Regular maintenance for Subaru Forrester Regular maintenance for my Subaru was excellent. I mentioned to the Service rep that I needed a new headlight and that was taken care of. The only concern I had was that the information about my prepaid maintenance contract was wrong. The information you had showed that I had already used for oil changes when in fact I had only had two. But the service rep found the mistake and corrected it. More
