After we checked out several dealerships and pre-owner vehicles, we decided to try Walker’s Subaru (we haven’t worked with them before but our phone conversations with the sale rep there (Ian) was very good - Ian was very helpful in answering our questions about the differences between various vehicles we found online and what’s available in their inventory). We dropped by without an appointment and Ian was already actively working with another buyer, so he asked another sales rep (Charlie) to help us. Charlie was very attentive and helpful and patiently answered all our questions. We decided to test drive a Subaru Forester and my daughter liked it the best overall. Charlie helped us with the purchase, negotiations was painless and we have a brand new 2018 ice silver Forester. We are very pleased with the entire experience at Walker’s Subaru and with our sales rep, Charlie!! More
OK to wait for the work I love the computer workstation area so I can get some things done while I wait for the work to be done. TV is at one end, I can ignore it if I want. After they vacuumed my vehicle and put the floor mats in place, the floor mat on the driver's side was not put back properly. If it had been, they would have noticed the screw was loose. I have problems with my hands, so I was not happy that I had to tighten the screw myself. More
