He was effective at communicating technical information about the cars. In the test drives, we learned about all of the safety features, differences between the two models, car care, and more. He was the primary reason we purchased the Impreza at this dealership. Mike Renz was the individual we worked with in financing. He was patient in explaining the additional protections we could add to our new purchase. Why not an excellent rating then? This was our first time buying a new car at a dealership. Although we did some preparation work, there were still a lot of decisions we had to make on the spot. Did we need this feature or not? Should we buy the warranty or not? How about the additional theft protection? These people are great salesmen and will definitely encourage you to purchase things you may or may not need. Fortunately, neither of the employees we worked with were pushy. They were both respectful and professional. More
