My credit is terrible, so he and Brandon (the finance manager) worked really hard to make sure I could not only get a loan, but also afford to keep up with the payments. Excellent I was taken care of quickly by Diane. I knew exactly what I wanted and although it turned out that it wasn’t in stock, Diane let me know that they can I was taken care of quickly by Diane. I knew exactly what I wanted and although it turned out that it wasn’t in stock, Diane let me know that they can trade with another dealership if one had what I wanted. She said this can take a few days in some cases, to which I was a bit dissapointed about, and Diane said she’d see what she can do. She was not only able to find two cars at other dealerships that matched what I wanted, but she was also able to get one of them available for me that same day. When I came back to pick up the car later that day, I worked with Carry to sign the paperwork, who was also very nice and easy to work with. She helped me understand the paperwork easily, as well as the differences in the available extended warranties. She was able to get me a great price on the 84month 100,000 mile warranty, and I also got the chip protection and service plan for a good price as well. All in all, a great purchasing experience that was helpful, and didn’t feel pressuring at all. Since then, Diane has also made sure to follow up with me on multiple occasions to make sure everything’s going well with the car. Excellent. More
