Better service when branching out I actually first went to Bellevue Subaru and was not treated right from the begining. After waiting he brought a very used 2016 model that had body damage and was dirty, leaves and pine needles still in crevases and under hood. When I noticed rust on the interior metal brackes and on all metal not just a little, he got defensive and started getting attitude towards the thought. So I walked out and will not go back there. The first thing that happened when I went to Renton Subaru I was met in the lot as soon as I got out of my car and your salesperson was welcoming and quick with the assessment information, do you have appointment, know what you're looking for, here let me show you around, and are you familiar with the Subaru brand? I was looking for a used Crosstrek and was determined to get a good deal, turns out a new modle was a better fit for me and Diane was great to point that out. He was very thorough, answered my questions and gave me a very good deal for my service. I used to compare your service with other dealers (Honda, Hyndai) and didnt feel Subaru met up with my expectations. With Chris, I am happy to say I have changed my mind about Subaru.
