Nothing to complain about Brought my car in for diagnostics to confirm what I believed was going on with the clutch, while the car was still under warranty. On multiple occasions I’ve been told my car was ready for pickup only to arrive and learn it was still in the car wash queue. Most recently I had as told the car was “ready” at 5pm. When I came to pick it up at 10 the next morning, it hadn’t been washed at all. A small thing perhaps. But having to wait an additional 30 minutes for a mediocre wash matters. BTW Brad Hallock is a very kind, good humored, knowledgeable professional- an outstanding representative of your organization. More

Watch out in finance !!! While my son was in finance he was looking over the loan. HE told the loan officer he didn’t want the $4000 extended warranty . The guy told him the bank requires it to get the loan! This is pure blackmail and is NOT required by any bank!! Many dealerships have gotten in trouble for this throughout the years! I called walker Subaru for my son and talked to the general manager James. He said it was his finance guys word again my step sons word. Even his friend who was in finance with him said he told finance he didn’t want the extended warranty . Going to email Washington attorney general to get this handled! Don’t get screwed in finance!!
