I wasn't "trapped all day" trying to buy I lead a busy life and I needed to buy a car, run some errands, and get my kids to several events throughout the day. Good experience with the salesman, Aaron. I was very pleased with the buying experience with Aaron Wilcot. He was generous with helping me figure out the new technology and being available to I was very pleased with the buying experience with Aaron Wilcot. He was generous with helping me figure out the new technology and being available to fit in with our schedule. However, I am not happy with the finance person who I felt bullied me into buying an extended warranty package. I initially said I didn't want any of those packages, but was intimidated by her insistence that while the car is a good product, anything could go wrong at any time and that I would regret not having the coverage. I didn't feel I had much choice in the matter and she would keep up the pressure until the extended warranty was agreed to. I selected Yes for recommending the dealership based on the sales person, but I would not recommend the dealership following my experience with the finance person. More

Another Pleasant Experience Shortly after receiving my car back from Subaru with a new engine, the AC was not working. Kim at Subaru offered to take a look and make sure they had Shortly after receiving my car back from Subaru with a new engine, the AC was not working. Kim at Subaru offered to take a look and make sure they hadn't touched anything while working on the engine, and to see what was going on. Long story short, I had my car back quickly and the AC is working, and the effort to resolve seemed minimal, and was certainly minimal on my end. Great and prompt customer service again! More
