Friendly & Efficient Purchase I was recently in the market for a brand new STI and called late Friday night inquiring about a '18 STI they had on their lot. Michael Yadon answered I was recently in the market for a brand new STI and called late Friday night inquiring about a '18 STI they had on their lot. Michael Yadon answered the phone, took a message and said he'd follow later that night. To my surprise, he quickly pulled together all the info I needed in addition to sending up to date photos of the vehicle that were better than the website. The following morning, Michael gave me a call, talked through some details and while I was at another dealership negotiating he tossed out a no pressure response to some follow-up questions. After a frustrating experience at that dealership, Michael assured me he'd make it right. After two hours in rush-hour traffic, Michael greeted me right as I pulled up, had the car ready and we were out on a test driven in under five minutes. Michael recognized I was already quite annoyed based on my experience at the last dealership and was quick to handle the trade and purchase price offer with the sales managers; less than two hours later I was out in my new STI. Overall I was really impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail and how he really wanted to own the experience and make sure all the details were taken care of. More

We came into the lot to find a used Subaru Crosstrek, maybe 1-4 years old. Casey suggested a new 2019 model that had the Eyesight feature which we love. The new car was about the same price as a used one. We bought the new Subaru Crosstrek with nearly all the features we wanted and are very happy with it. Thanks Casey! More
