AMAZING Dealership I had a 2016 Subaru Forrester, Touring trim fully loaded but with over 100K on the odometer. I had been shopping other dealers from Olympia, WA to Puy I had a 2016 Subaru Forrester, Touring trim fully loaded but with over 100K on the odometer. I had been shopping other dealers from Olympia, WA to Puyallup, WA and all told me with my excellent credit, value of my trade in, what I still owed on the financing of my 2016 and the high mileage that I would have to put 2-5K down and would be looking at over $750 monthly payments. Princess Bohannon along with the rest of the staff at Walkers Renton, welcomed me with a no hassle, no pressure full service professional sale. They were great to work with and treated me with respect. They not only beat the other dealers payments by more than $150 less a month, they did it with zero down. Let me say that again ZERO out of pocket, over $150 LESS a month, they gave me a HIGHER VALUE for my trade in and the price of my new 2019 fully loaded Forrester Sport, was priced more than 2K LESS than the other dealers. Walker Renton Subaru would be/is a blessing to anyone looking for a new car. More

I felt that she advocated well for me and gave me a good deal without me having to get frustrated, etc.. Everyone I met with was great and presented me with options, but pressure me. I am a couple days out and have no buyers remorse or thoughts of "what did I just commit to?!". I have already mentioned Diane's name to a couple people if they are interested in buying a Subaru! During this process, my old Outback was in the shop for a recall update. Kim was awesome and helped us locate my old car to swap over my belongings to my new car. Sent my financing to the wrong bank I used a car buying service through my credit union BCU. Had everything set up through them to avoid any of the hassle of car buying because I hate bu I used a car buying service through my credit union BCU. Had everything set up through them to avoid any of the hassle of car buying because I hate buying cars. Met with Edward Solo who was very nice and we took the vehicle out. I had done my homework and after the drive I knew it was the car for me. Started the paperwork and I gave him all the pay that I had via my banking institution (including my true car price and financing) he came back after a little While with the paperwork and said my rate was higher. I didn’t think anything of it and thought I would take it up my with my lender later. Well after all was said and done I found my financing was submitted to another credit union BECU not BCU! Now I should have double checked the paperwork but how does that get messed up. So now I have multiple credit checks and another line of credit on a banking institution I didn’t want to be in. I missed out on the financing deal and cash back deal I was being offered. Don’t know if it was accidental or on purpose but I’m very disappointed. Long story short: double and triple check your paperwork in case they’re trying to get one over on you. Update to this review 8/10/19: when I purchased the car the right rear tire had a low pressure light they told me that it was just filled and the light should clear. Well took it into a tire shop and the tire is splitting so now I’m out $300 for a new tire. Crappy inspection done by them (if at all) do not buy a car from them. More

Awesome people! My boyfriend and I went to walkers 2 times, once just to look and the second time to actually buy a car! Both times the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we went to actually purchase the car we had 2 trade ins and everyone was super helpful! My boyfriend wasn’t the greatest at stickshift yet but Michael taught him and helped him get a feel for the car so he could actually see how it drove. Ray Shepherd was the salesman who helped us purchase the vehicle. He was super friendly and funny. We just instantly felt comfortable and we weren’t pressured into buying a car we didn’t want! More
