Taylor authorize to have work done on my car after I specifically told that I wanted to be notified before doing anything to my suv I told her I was staying in the building while my car got done . She had them change a filter and a bulb done and price was increase after almost two hours of waiting I noticed Taylor was no where to be found and my oil change was more thank I expected the guy behind the desk. Said that Taylor was gone and then changed the invoice to say that adtionslitems were done , at this point I don’t even believe anything was done and I was charge over 100.$ so annoyed. Ripped off and discussed to say the least. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told he was gone for the day. More
The service center needs to do a better job with their scheduling. My service should have been completed the day that I dropped off my car, but due to a "black log" of services I had to wait till the next scheduling.
