Hi anahdst, I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at our shop. I understand that you were specifically told that you would be notified before any work was done on your car, and that you were not happy with the price of the service. I've investigated the matter, and I've spoken to Taylor. She tells me that she did speak to you before she authorized any work to be done, and that you agreed to the price of the oil change and the additional filter and bulb. She also tells me that she was called away to an emergency, and that she left the invoice with another service advisor at the desk. I understand that you're frustrated, and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. If you would like to still speak with our manager, please reply to this response. 1)I had made an appointment for 11 for oil change but my car was done by 5 PM because you were backed up. During the wait, nobody notified me what the expected wait is. 2) I specifically told the girl who took my key that there’s washer fluid low sign that comes on the dash and id like that taken care of. I made a full payment for the oil change service but didn’t get the full service because whoever did it, didn’t check the washer fluid. If I knew how to do this stuff, I wouldn’t have made an appointment I would have just done it myself. Now I have to go somewhere else to get the washer fluid done. I don’t think I’ll be coming to your store or recommend it to anyone.
