I had to return to the garage twice immediately after leaving with my car. The first instance was to ensure that the service technician had test-driven the car to address the engine rattling. Despite their assurances, the issue was not resolved when I picked up the car. I felt unheard and possibly given incorrect information, and ultimately paid over $1,000 for services that did not address the critical issues I originally brought the car in for. The second visit was an attempt at a solution that seemed promising, but unfortunately, the problem resurfaced after only 10 miles of driving. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disheartened by the amount of time and money spent on these unresolved issues. More
It was a busy day at Express. I finally had to ask if my car was done since I saw my number card come in. It sat there about 45 min. Then it was put back in the incoming stack.
