Alix took us on a test drive. Nice gal. Again, no BS. Sunday I called with an offer, it was accepted Filled out the paper work on line and everything was lined up when we got there. Took an hour or so to get everything signed and such. Brian in finance - also super straight shooter. These folks do their jobs and are friendly and helpful, Margarett, in reception - helpful and friendly. But Ha Lee! Wow, Ha is the easy button for buying a car! A stressless and FUN - yes FUN experience! And I love my new car, too. :) More

Recently I modified my vehicle so that I could have auxiliary lighting in the rear cargo area of my hatchback. During the install something must have gone wrong, and a month later the lights I had inst auxiliary lighting in the rear cargo area of my hatchback. During the install something must have gone wrong, and a month later the lights I had installed fizzled and stopped working. I went to the dealership knowing that I would have to pay if it was something I caused. On my first visit they looked at the car and told me that it wasn't a stock car, and would have to quote me an hourly rate until they could determine what had happened. I was upset because I was SURE that it was a factory wiring problem. I called Dan (the overall service manager) who took a huge step in customer service and offered to investigate the issue under warranty without an up front fee. After the inspection, they found that one of the wires from my aftermarket LED strip had caused a bunch of electrical issues that could potentially cost a lot of money. Instead, Doug told me that he "enjoyed working on my car" and said that it was "nice to have a fun and challenging problem to solve once in a while". He ended up fixing all of the electrical issues without any concern for payment or warranty status. He completely fixed the car, and the dealership did not ask for any money in return. (Even though I caused the problem). Ron was very nice, and even called 3 or 4 times throughout the process to make sure I knew what was going on with my car and when it would be done. He probably had tons of other people to look after, but he still made me feel like my car was the only car on the lot that day. I really appreciate Walker's Renton Subaru. Dan made a huge customer service exception, Doug did an outstanding job fixing the car, and Ron was the cherry on top of the amazing experience. I will be returning to this dealership for any other issues I have with my car from now on. More
Anthony was very helpful and did not pressure us into anything at any time. We wanted to walk around a take a look at a few of the cars on the lot just to browse the selection and get an idea for what ou anything at any time. At the previous dealership we went to this was not possible, but here we were able to feel very comfortable while shopping for our car. I was a first time buyer who had just moved out to the Seattle area. It was truly a great experience. This review is of my experience at the Walker's Renton Subaru Service Center. After a few months of purchasing our 2006 Outback, I had a "check engine" light come on. This could have turned my experience Subaru Service Center. After a few months of purchasing our 2006 Outback, I had a "check engine" light come on. This could have turned my experience with Walker's Renton Subaru one way or the other. Luckily I had purchased the extended warranty, and was due for my first (FREE) oil change at Walker's Service Center. I let them know about the check engine light, and they went right to work on diagnosing the problem. It ended up being more than one issue, and even a few items that my warranty would not cover. The service manager Paul was outstanding to work with. He made certain that the warranty company would cover every cost possible, and Walker's made up the difference in the end! All I needed to pay was my deductible. I can now rest easy, drive with confidence, and know where to turn for all my future repair and maintenance needs. More
