I purchased a used Subaru and Ms Barrett took care of the paperwork. She was smiling at the end of what was probably a long day and she made me feel special. This was my first time buying a used vehicle from a dealership- I had been searching for months on various websites until I found a car I wanted at Walker's. The purchase turned out to be a good experience overall. Roman was very informative and had a good sense of humor. He gave me a CarFax report and Kelly Blue Book figure immediately to compare with the numbers I had investigated on my own. The negotiation process was somewhat time-consuming, but in the end I was satisfied with the price agreement. I arranged financing in advance, and since Walker's is a "CUDL" dealer, everything was already taken care of for me- very convenient. Also, I am VERY impressed with the repairs made as promised, at the Service Center. They even replaced the headlight for free. I love my new car!! More

Alix respected this position and provided a lot of helpful information without trying to pressure us into any comittment. On our second visit, we had narrowed the field to two cars. Alix gave us the opportunity to test drive the vehicle on our own and again was very knowledgeable and easy to work with in answering all our questions. Once we had decided on the car the price negotiations went quickly and we arrived at a price that was fair to both us and the dealer. Paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently and the car was nicely prepared for delivery. We would recomment Walker's Subaru and especially Alix Plaster to any of our friends in the car market.
