I must say that Jimmy Chavez is probaly one of the best salesman I've seen in a long time. Being a salesman myself he was able to interact with me in a proffesional manner. The Walker's Renton Subaru was referred to me by someone who had bought their car from Roman in Fall 2010. I was very nervous about buying my first car from a dealership, but once I stepped on the lot I was who had bought their car from Roman in Fall 2010. I was very nervous about buying my first car from a dealership, but once I stepped on the lot I was greeted with excellent customer service and information about every vehicle I was interested in. Roman gave me CarFax reports on the two vehicles I was most interested in, and promptly provided the keys to test drive them. He worked hard to get me the price I wanted for the car I wanted, as well as the price I wanted for my trade-in vehicle (unseen by them), and an interest rate that is far better than I could have expected. He succeeded! On top of it, Roman buffed out the few scratches on the car himself while I finished paperwork and before he handed the keys to me. I know if I have the opportunity to refer to anyone I know purchasing a new or used car, or when I need a vehicle in the future, I will be referring them to Walker's Renton Subaru. More
